From the heart of So Cal — Em’s Raw Buckwheat Blossom Honey is as unique and rich in flavor as the legacy it honors. Inspired by the love and devotion of our beloved matriarch, Emelia, this honey is a tribute to her nurturing spirit. Passed down through generations, it carries the essence of the land, the care of our elders, and the strength of our comunidad.
Known for its rich, slightly malty flavor, it’s perfect for soothing a cough or as a daily boost during flu season. Delicious in tea, cocktails, or drizzled on your favorite foods, it’s a versatile addition to your pantry.
Raw honey naturally crystallizes over time but can easily return to its liquid state by placing the jar in warm water until dissolved.
Not recommended for pregnant women or infants under one year of age.

Avoid adding Raw honey to boiling water. Water over 120 degrees can destroy the natural benefits of honey. If you add it to tea, wait until the tea has steeped a few minutes before adding honey.
Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months old because it can cause infant botulism, a serious type of food poisoning.
